For our first vintage of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc we sourced fruit from a ranch three miles south of our vineyard on the eastern side of Napa Valley. We whole-cluster pressed the grapes and fermented the juice in 60% stainless steel and 40% neutral French oak barrels. This Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc has fresh tropical fruit notes with hints of guava, green apple, lime, and crushed stone. Its rich, juicy palate finishes with just the perfect touch of vibrant acidity. Delicious!
