This is our second vintage of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc and we couldn’t be happier. What a fun wine to make! The grapes are whole cluster pressed, then fermented with cultured and native yeasts in a mix of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. The wine is then aged sur lies and stirred routinely to create a long, rich, and complex palate. Jericho Canyon Vineyard’s 2008 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc has appealing aromas of honeydew melon, kiwi, pineapple juice, and a charming minerality.
