    2009 Jericho Cabernet

A classic Jericho Canyon Cabernet with our trademark dark fruit, black cherry, black current, and espresso flavors. The weather in 2009 also brought hints of mandarin zest and rich toffee to the nose while the palate is reminiscent of a deep velvety German chocolate cake. With perfectly balanced acidity, this is a wine that can age for 10-15-20 years but is plush and approachable for immediate heavenly intoxication. Perfect for sharing if you can.

    2010 Chardonnay

Delicious on both a cold winter’s night or a warm summer’s eve. Melon, honey-suckle, and toasty oak tantalize from the nose to the finish. Creamy and supple with a hint of bright acidity, this Chardonnay goes perfectly with one of our family’s favorite recipes – pasta con vongole. The clam’s lemony sweetness is perfectly balanced by the full body of this wine. Only 100 cases produced.

    2010 Jericho Cabernet

The mildness of 2010 produced an elegant Bordeaux style wine. This 2010 Jericho Cabernet has exceptional floral high notes of lilac, lavender, and graphite with the classic tobacco, espresso, and black plum you would expect from a Napa Cabernet. Our Jericho Canyon tannins were subdued but melded seamlessly with the vintage’s higher acidity. With its increased acidity and velvety texture, this Cabernet is unusually food friendly. While enjoyable now, the wine will age gracefully. Drink over the next two decades.
