2013 Estate RoséSourced from a proprietary blend of our estate grown Bordeaux varietals, our inaugural four-barrel production rose is an achievement embodying the essence of summers in the canyon. Its radiant pale pink color is reminiscent of August’s soft morning light while alluring aromas of juicy watermelon, fresh peaches, and strawberries mirror the bounty of our estate gardens. On the palate, the wine is luscious and full-bodied, pairing seamlessly with caprese salad, paella, and salad niçoise.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 375mlEvery year we hand pick our olives from 50 trees situated at the top of our vineyard. We pick in late November or early December when the olives are approximately half black and half green. The black olives provide a buttery, smooth flavor while the green olives provide a spicy, piquant flavor. Together, we think they strike just the right balance. $25
