By barrel fermenting our wines in New French Oak barrels, we infuse them with layers of flavor and aroma that speak to the nuances of the vintage. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec, the Estate Rosé is the most delicate expression of the Estate. Zero skin contact, fermented in neutral French oak, and aged for 7 months in stainless steel, the pure expression of summer shines through. Watermelon, strawberry and hints of lilac lazily drift from the pale peach elixir. A rosé unlike any other.
Our Sauvignon Blanc reflects a distinctive winemaking approach, focused on achieving complexity and depth. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels, this wine undergoes careful aging on the lees for 7 months, enhancing its body and character. Crafted with the discerning palate of red wine enthusiasts in mind, it defies traditional expectations of white wine, offering a captivating fusion of crisp acidity, vibrant fruit flavors, and nuanced complexity. The East Elevation Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from terraces bathed in the gentle morning sunlight, embodies a winemaking philosophy rooted in patience and depth. Here, the vines receive the first light of dawn, a gradual awakening that sets the tone for the wine’s character. This slow and deliberate ripening process, under the soft morning sun, allows the grapes to develop deep, dark fruit aromatics and bold, enveloping tannins. the West Wall Cabernet Sauvignon originates from terraces bathed in the warm embrace of the afternoon sun. Here, the vines experience the full intensity of the sun’s rays, ripening the grapes earlier in the season and imparting a vibrant, sun-kissed character to the wine. Selected from specific blocks within the vineyard, our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon epitomizes the concentration found in this exceptional site.
